Application
☆ This machine is widely used for reparing, installing and maintaining electric power system on areas of power station, electric power company, transformer substation, railway, petroleum and metallurgy.
☆ It can improve the quality of those unqualified insulating oils on value of flash point and break-down voltage, by dewatering and degasifying, removing impurities and free carbon, such as transformer oil, manual inductor oil, condenser oil and switch oil, etc. It also can be used for online transformer oil filling under vacuum condition.

☆ High efficiency, unique dewatering, degassing system. The large area 3D stereo flash evaporation technology, can efficiently separate the moisture and gas from oil.
☆ Adopt special filtration technology what combine the mesh filter with high polymer adsorption, Multistage precise filtration, can effectively filter out small impurities in oil.
☆ Heating system uses the optimization of pipeline design, heating load is low, to ensure uniform heating, the oil temperature is stable,to avoid aging oil.
☆ Adopt advanced medium of heat absorbing and cooling system, automatic constant temperature
control device, automatic liquid level control device, bubble elimination device and pressure protection device.
☆ Use infrared liquid level control, to avoid the phenomenon of running oil.
☆ The machine is equipped with: electric leakage, overload, load shut down device; Phase sequence, phase loss protection; Interlock protection device; Security downtime control, and other functions。

This machine can be customized as customer’s requirement.

☆ Equipped with PLC automatic intelligent control, touch screen operation, and dynamic display.
☆ Pump, oil pump, the main components such as electric parts can choose imported famous brands.
☆ Online moisture meter, frequency converter, flow meter with the function of accumulation are optional to be equipped.
☆ Tester with random pressure-withstanding value testing function and automatically result-printing function is optional to be equipped.
